Want to Jump Higher? Are you looking to get above the rim or above the volleyball net? Do you want to do something differently this summer to be better next season?

The Athlete's Playground Vertical Jump Camp is designed to take you to new heights. Our certified and knowledgeable strength coaches will show you the proper mechanics when it comes to jumping and landing, building lean muscle, strength, and power to elevate your game to a higher level.

There will be Middle School and High School Camps available at the same times. 
Middle School: Ages 10-13 years old
High School: Ages 14-18 years old


June 2019 Vertical Jump Camp:
Camp Dates: Monday June 3, 2019 - Wednesday June 26, 2019
Training Days: Mondays and Wednesdays

J uly 2019 Vertical Jump Camp:  
Camp Dates: Tuesday July 9, 2019 - Thursday August 1, 2019
Training Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Training Times: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Are you looking to increase your athleticism this summer? Do you want to increase your speed, your agility, and your quickness? Do you want to get stronger, powerful, and more explosive?

Whether you have never played a sport, play a single sport, or play multiple sports, The Athlete's Playground Sports Performance Camps are designed to: 

  • Improve your Running Form and Increase Speed
  • Improve your Acceleration, Deceleration, and Change-of-Direction
  • Increase your Strength and Power
  • Improve your Reaction, Spacial Awareness, and Cognitive Thinking Skills
  • Improve your Balance and Stability
  • Improve your Flexibility, Mobility, and Range-of-Motion

The Sports Performance Camps are smaller in size and have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants in each group to maximize growth and development for each indiviudal training. 

The camps can be customized depending on the participants needs and wants, and the groups can be arranged by you or the strength coaches at The Athlete's Playground.

Register Your Own Group:
If you have a group of 3 to 6 that would like to train together, you can set your own training days (2 days/week) and times that work for everyone in your group. The focus of the training can be customized and geared to what everyone in that particular group needs to work on. 

Register Individually:
If you do not have a group of your own, no problem. We have several participants who register individually and the strength coaches will place them in a group where they will feel comfortable and excel. We match individuals based on training maturity and their ability to understand and execute drills and exercises. The focus of the training will be designed and programmed to accommodate everyone's goals in the group.

We have preset days and times available online for individuals registering without a group.

Strenthening the Muscles and Movements Most Commonly Used in Football.

Ages 7-13 years old

Prepare for the upcoming football season by learning new methods, techniques, drills, and exercises to improve your athletic performance on the field. Our certified strength and conditioning coaches will show you how to become quicker, stronger, and faster. All you have to do is sign-up, show up, and work your tail off. It the end, it will all pay off. 

The Football Camp will Focus on:

  • INJURY PREVENTION: Mobility + Flexibility + Balance + Stability + Proper Stretching Regimens

  • SPEED DEVELOPMENT: Running Form and Technique + Sprint Mechanics + Acceleration

  • AGILITY AND QUICKNESS: Back Pedal and Lateral Movement Mechanics + Deceleration + Change-of-Direction + Reaction

  • EXPLOSIVENESS: Age-Appropriate Strength and Power Development Exercises and Drills

The Baseball Sports Performance Camp is Designed to:

  • Increase your speed when running bases or fielding 

  • Increase you agility and multi-directional first-step quickness

  • Increase the power and speed in your bat swing

  • Increase your strength with proper body-weight and weight lifting techniques and exercises that are relative to the game of baseball

  • Increase the mobility, range-of-motion, and strength in your shoulders, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles.

  • Help baseball players understand the importance of proper diet and nutrition when it comes pre-, post-, and during games and tournaments.
