Our focus is on the athlete as a whole utilizing injury prevention, mobility, stability and strength training and couple it with explosive and performance training techniques. We combine our training with nutritional guidance as well. T.A.P performance coaches use innovative, scientific techniques to tailor specific performance training programs for each athlete. A complete program is developed for each athlete based on the time of year and season they are currently participating in.      

Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:00 AM Class

Mondays and Wednesdays: 4:00 PM Class

Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 PM Class

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM Class

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12:00 PM Class
