Every Elite Athlete Was Once a Young Athlete Who Built the Right Foundation.

The athletes who develop proper movement patterns, body awareness, and physical literacy before high school are dramatically better positioned for long-term success. Not because of talent — because of foundation.

TAP Athlete Foundations Camp gives young athletes in Albuquerque the athletic infrastructure that most youth programs skip entirely.

We Already Know Your Summer Is Full.

Questions? We Have Answers.

Q: Is this appropriate for a 9-year-old?

A: Yes. Our elementary group is specifically designed for younger athletes and focuses on movement fundamentals in an age-appropriate environment.

Q: Will this help across multiple sports?

A: Yes. Better movement quality, body awareness, and strength foundations transfer directly across sports.

Q: How are elementary and middle school athletes separated?

A: Grades 3–5 train as one group and grades 6–8 as another, even when they attend the same time slot.

Q:  Is this safe for younger athletes?

A: Yes. The program adjusts intensity and volume based on age and physical maturity. Safety is a primary outcome, not a footnote.
