Questions? We Have Answers.

Q: My athlete is already tall — do they still benefit?

A: Absolutely. Vertical training is about explosiveness, not just standing height. A more explosive athlete is more effective across nearly every movement in sport.

Q: Will this hurt my athlete’s legs during club season?

A: The program is designed with recovery in mind. We train 2x per week and adjust volume and intensity based on the athlete’s schedule and training age.

Q: How much gain is realistic in 4–8 weeks?

A: Athletes new to dedicated jump training commonly see 2–4 inches in a month. More trained athletes may see smaller raw gains but better mechanics and landing quality.

Q:  Is this safe for younger athletes?

A: Yes. The program adjusts intensity and volume based on age and physical maturity. Safety is a primary outcome, not a footnote.
